Maui’s Master Planned Residential Community
Kehalani is a master-planned community of 2,400 residences on 550 acres located immediately south of Wailuku. Kehalani nestles at the base of the lush West Maui Mountains and when fully completed is one of the largest planned developments on the island of Maui.
Kehalani is one of only two large Master Planned Residential Communities on Maui and the only one with extensive views and a cool climate.
With panoramic vistas of both the South and North shores of Maui and Mount Haleakala, and a cool climate with elevations up to 800 feet, Kehalani enjoys many advantages due to its location.
Located on the east side of the West Maui Mountains, the property has one of the coolest climates in central Maui, and includes bike and pedestrian pathways, pocket parks and a 13 acre County of Maui park, the new state-of-the-art Pu’u Kukui Elementary School and the Kehalani Village Center.
Nearby is Wailuku, the County seat and the primary location of State and Federal employment with a rapidly redeveloping business district. Combined with the area’s schools, additional parks and shopping, Wailuku offers nearby cultural amenities to supplement the new Kehalani community.
